By: Tris MunroOn: July 27, 2017

If you’re anything like me, and a large part of your day-to-day work is browser-based; a slow browser is not only infuriating, but counter-productive. Fortunately, there are a few things we can do to speed up how our browsers are running. Some of these are “quick-fixes”, and some of these are more to do with browsing habits. Here are a few little tips you can use for troubleshooting if you’re having “one of those days”.

Process before Platform

By: Scott BerkleyOn: February 23, 2017

The goal is to have an effective workflow solution adopted by your organization getting projects completed on time and product to shelf faster.  For success, you will need a fully defined, mapped, published and agreed upon process across all the players. This is especially important in package production and creative services, with all the moving parts, pressure and players. Simply put, you have to have process before you have a platform.
That said, the first step is finding a solution provider who can identify and pull together all the key stakeholders in your organization to document the gaps, the needs, the nice-to-haves and current roadblocks in your current state; basically defining the current ‘process’ - good, bad and otherwise.
Asking the following three questions will give you the important insights about any provider you are considering.

Connected Solutions – Bring Better Results

By: Ann Marie VegaOn: December 5, 2016

As we approach gift-giving season, many of us begin to make lists to hold it all together.  Imagine being able to gather all the right gift ideas, connected to all the right people, and have the gifts at the right place at the right time!

A connected workflow system helps deliver your different project types with the correct information and assets, supported by the right people, to the requesting organizations on time.  How?  Simple, by collecting the right information upfront from the requestor, aligning the team and milestones at the start of the project, associating both the approval process and file sharing with the project, and finally archiving the asset with associated metadata from the project.
