Creative Solutions for Creative Clients
A footwear company distributing through large retail chains needed a system to support their Creative Services team. The team needed to manage their creative services projects, as well as provide photo assets to retailers for in store messaging.
The customer realized that they needed a system that could support their growing number of Creative Service projects, as well as share key photo imagery with their Retailers.
We worked with the client to implement a system to support their project management needs for artwork production, as well as store set photo elements needed by their retailers. This client now has over 1000 active users. They manage over 2000 projects per year, with each project lasting roughly 20 days. As you can imagine this is not a small task, especially with the variety of projects that come their way. As they support the needs of their retailers, a large number of these projects are focused on the creation of advertisements, POP displays, posters, and window displays – well, if the truth be told, they also slip in a fair amount of T-Shirt designs. Our system has helped them with all kinds of creative projects.
