A Quick Service Restaurant needed an electronic approval system to help with the creative process for store sets. The team is responsible for ideation, design, and artwork production for all of the elements of the store sets - which change at least once per season – talk about a time crunch.
This customer needed a system that could manage a large number of approval routings in a simple system, yet one that had proper routing and approval tracking.
We worked with the client to implement a system to support their store set artwork elements. In one year, this client will route roughly 1300 approvals. We work to be simple, to the point, and able to support demanding timeframes.
